Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Data Findx website or purchasing our services. By accessing or using our Site and/or services, you ( agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or engage our services.

1. Services We Provide

At Data Findx, we offer B2B data and lead-generation services, including but not limited to:

  • Lead list building tailored to your specified target criteria

  • Data enrichment and cleansing

  • Public-source research (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories)

  • Contact list development (emails, phone numbers, job titles)

  • CRM-ready formatting and data delivery

Note: We provide raw data — we do not perform outreach (e.g., cold emailing, appointment setting) on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are acting on behalf of a legitimate business or professional entity.

  • The information you provide to us (company name, target criteria, etc.) is accurate, complete, and lawful.

3. Use of Data

When you purchase data from Data Findx, you agree to the following terms:

  • You may use the data only for your internal business purposes (e.g., sales outreach, lead follow-up).

  • You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the data.

  • You must not use the data for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates anti-spam laws or data-protection regulations (such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM).

  • You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and secure the data once delivered.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in advance, according to the payment options we support.

  • Pricing will be agreed in writing (or via email) before any work begins.

  • Since our deliverables are digital data, refunds are limited: we may refund full or partial amounts only if we fail to deliver as agreed, or if the data does not meet the defined criteria.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within [X] business days after delivery, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

6. Intellectual Property

  • You do not acquire ownership of the data — we retain all rights, title, and interest in the datasets, except for the license we grant to you.

7. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

  • The information you submit to us (targeting criteria, business info, contact data) is truthful and accurate.

  • You will use the data in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate data, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, deliverability, or completeness. The data is provided “as is,” and your use of it is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Findx (and its owners, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the relevant order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Data Findx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the data in violation of this Agreement or applicable law;

  • Your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement;

  • Any third-party claim relating to your use of the data.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, your rights to use the data will immediately cease, but your obligations (e.g., for payment, confidentiality, indemnification) may survive termination.

11. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

  • When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our Site with the Effective Date.

  • Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely.
